Yes, Toei Animation has confirmed that Dragon Ball Super is going the end after episode 131. 

BUT, it is still unknown whether Dragon Ball Super is going on an hiatus or ending for real. And also, they haven’t confirmed that whether the series is going to end or not. So, please keep your fingers crossed and hope that it won’t end.
